In order to manage products per kilo, litre or metre, you can configure your product section so that when you sell a product, its weight is required.
To do so, you only have to create a section that manage decimals.

Be careful, the price indicated on the product will be the price per kilo !
Here we are, when you sell your product, the cashier will automatically ask you the quantity to enter on your ticket.
