Formulas / Packages setup

All the operations linked to the creation or modification must be done when your cash register is connected to the Internet.
Before starting creating a formula, make sure that all the products that compose this formula are created.

Creating a formula

  1. From the main screen, click on My data > Products
  2. Choose the section of the formula to create
  3. Click on +, at the bottom right corner of the screen and choose New formula
  4. Fill in the name of the formula and put a photo if you want
  5. Specify the price of the formula depending on the sales method
Here you can specify a sales price depending on the sales method of the formula. When you’ll open a new ticket by selecting the sales method, the right price will be  automatically selected. You can also define the product as Free price : when you sell your product, the price of the product will be automatically requested.
  6. Adjust the VAT if need be depending on the sales method
  7. On the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on Detail (Formula) and then on New Category
  8. Fill in the Category name
For example, if you are a restaurant owner, use it as Starter, Main course and Dessert
If you’re a hairdresser, use it as Shampoo, Cut, Brushing
  9. Specify the Maximum entry and if this category is Compulsory
The Maximum entry allows you to limit the quantity to enter per category
A mandatory category will require you to enter an item in it before proceeding to the cashing
  10. Select the products to insert in this category
You can also specify a supplement if the product is part of the formula but with a supplement
  11. Validate the creation of the category
  12. Repeat for all categories in your formula
  13. Validate the creation of your formula by clicking on the button at the bottom right corner of the screen

Trick : if no price is defined on a sales mode, then the formula will not appear when you open a new ticket on this sales method.
