Barcodes use

It’s easy : open a new ticket and scan a product or a customer card directly. Your Android Cash register will automatically recognize the product or client and add it to the ticket.

If the barcode doesn’t exist, your Cash register will offer you different choices :

  • Create a product :

From the current ticket and without returning to the configuration section, it allows you to create your product in a few clicks. Once created, the product is automatically added to the current ticket.

  • Update a product :

From the current ticket, it allows you to add the scanned barcode to an existing product. Then, select the product on the screen. This product is assigned the scanned barcode and is automatically added to your ticket.

  • Create a customer :

From the current ticket and without returning to the configuration section, it allows you to create your customer in a few clicks. Once created, the product is automatically added to the current ticket.

  • Update a customer :

From the current ticket, it allows you to add the scanned barcode to an existing customer. Then, select the customer on the screen. This customer is assigned the scanned barcode and is automatically added to your ticket.

 

Impossible to read the barcode ?

Your barcode is damaged or unreadable by your barcode scanner ? No problem, click on Barcode at the top of your screen and enter the barcode by using your keyboard and validate.

Scan luncheon vouchers :

From the receipt screen, scan the luncheon vouchers, which are then automatically added to your ticket.
