User Management

All the operations linked to the creation or modification must be done when your cash register is connected to the Internet.

The user management can be useful in many cases.
If you want to limit the access to certain functionalities to your employees or if you want to have statistics by user, then you need to activate the user management.
Create user profiles and set permissions depending on the position of your employees (manager, salesman, waiter, team member, board…). Then, assign the right profile to the right user.

 

Creation of a user profile

  1. From the main screen, click on My data > Users
    Move between User profiles and Users sections by swiping on the right or left
  2. Click on User profiles
  3. Click on + at the bottom right corner of the screen
  4. Fill in the profile name
  5. Set the permissions for this profile
  6. Click on Validate

The user profile is now created !

 

Creation of a user

  1. From the main screen, click on My data > Users
    Move between User profiles and Users sections by swiping on the right or left
  2. Click on Users
  3. Click on + at the bottom right corner of the screen
  4. Indicate the name, surname, password and a reference (a barcode for identification if you want) for the new user
  5. Associate this user to one of the profiles
  6. Click on Validate

The user is now created !
