Remove a device from the Backoffice

Careful : this operation is to perform only if your device has been LOST, STOLEN or BROKEN. Once the operation is completed, your device will be permanently blocked and will be unusable.

  1. From the main screen, click on Points of sale > Devices
  2. Click on the red icon Deactivate to the right of the device to remove 
  3. When the tab appears, click on Deactivate
  4. Specify the reason for removing the device
  5. Click on Validate

Your device is now deactivated and removed from your data.
