Statistics – Backoffice

The statistics summarise your whole activity on one page. This is the first page that appears when you login to your Backoffice.
You can also access to the statistics by clicking on Sales > Statistics

 

Display setup

  • Choice of the analysis period

Several predefined filters are available in order to access quickly to key analyses. By default, this filter is positioned on the Current day and shows you the activity of the day as soon as you arrive on your Backoffice.
You can select one of the other predefined filters or set the dates you want by using the calendars at the top of the screen.

  • Filter by device and sales mode

By default, the filter is set on All devices and All sales modes.
You can choose to display your statistics on one or several devices by selecting them in the Devices list.
On the same way, you can choose to display your statistics on one or several sales modes.

 

Available statistics

  • Revenues

It corresponds to the total of sales made for the selected period.
You can access to the revenues by clicking on Sales > Sales journal

  • Sales net of tax total

The sales net of tax total includes revenues + sales made excluded from the revenues for the selected period.

  • Tickets / Invoices

The total number of tickets / invoices issued over the selected period.

  • Average

The Average displays the average ticket amount.

  • Sales net of tax total graph

This graph shows you the evolution of sales over time.
When you select only one day, the graph shows you the evolution of sales hour by hour.
When you select a period, for example an entire month, the graph shows you the evolution of sales day by day.

  • Tickets / Invoices graph

This graph shows you the evolution of the number of tickets / invoices over time.
When you select only one day, the graph shows you the evolution of the number of tickets / invoices hour by hour.
When you select a period, for example an entire month, the graph shows you the evolution of the number of tickets / invoices day by day.

  • Sections graph

This graph shows you the sales distribution by Sections in percentage.
Hover the mouse over a portion of the graph to see the name and percentage of the corresponding section.

  • Sales ranking

The sales ranking analyse the sale of your products by section over the selected period.
You can access to it by clicking on Sales > Sales ranking and download it in the Excel or PDF format.

  • Discount journal

The discount journal displays the list of discounts by product and VAT, as well as the total amount of discounts and the total quantity of discount.
You can access to it by clicking on Sales > Discount journal and download it in the PDF format.

  • Offers journal

The offers journal displays the list of offers by product and VAT, as well as the total amount of offers and the total quantity of offers.
You can access to it by clicking on Sales > Offers journal and download it in the PDF format.
