First of all, you must request the activation of the Loyalty module from your distributor. Once the Loyalty module is activated, a “Loyalty” tab appears in the left menu of your Backoffice.
Creating a loyalty offer
- Login to your Backoffice
- Click on the Loyalty tab on the left menu
- Click on Loyalty offers
- In order to create a new offer, click on the blue icon + at the top right corner of the screen
- Fill in the name of your loyalty offer
- Add a description to your offer
- Then, set the conditions of the offer :
– Choose if your offer is defined by a number of passages, a total amount of expenses or a number of products bought
– Enter the value you want to assign to your offer (ex : if you choose number of passages and you enter 10, then the offer will be reached on the 10th passage; if you choose total amount of expenses and you enter 200, then the offer will be reached when the customer has spent €200; if you choose number of products bought and enter 15, then the offer will be reached after the 15th purchase of the product by the customer)
– Choose if you want to apply this offer to all products, to certain sections or to certain products (to apply the offer to certain sections, select the concerned sections; to apply the offer to certain products, fill in the name of the products and select them) - Then, set the benefits of the offer :
Select loyalty points and add a value (this is the number of points you want to give to the products concerned by the offer) - Finally, decide on the activation area of the offer :
– Choose on which point(s) of sale your offer should apply (if no point of sale is selected, the offer applies to all your points of sale)
– Choose on which sales mode(s) your offer should apply (if no sales mode is selected, the offer applies to all your sales mode) - Click on Validate
Your loyalty offer is now created and enabled.
Now you must assign a value in points to your products. To do so, please go to the section Assignment of loyalty points to a product.
Changing a loyalty offer
- Click on the loyalty tab on the left menu of your Backoffice
- Click on Loyalty offers
- Click on the blue pen icon of the offer you want to change
- You can change the name and the description of your offer
If your offer has already been used, you will not be able to modify the conditions of your offer. However, you will be able to change to which products / categories it applies - Below, you can change the value of the loyalty points assigned to the products
- You can change the point(s) of sale where your offer applies
- You can change the sales mode(s) on which your offer applies
- Click on Validate
Deleting a loyalty offer
Careful ! Any deletion results in the loss of the progression of an offer not reached for the client.
- Click on the loyalty tab on the left menu of your Backoffice
- Click on Loyalty offers
- Click on the red bin of the offer you want to delete
- Click on Validate to permanently remove this offer
Info : if you just want to temporarily disable your offer, switch the green switch to the right of the offer to make it gray.
