First of all, you must request the activation of the loyalty module from your distributor. Once the loyalty module is activated, a Loyalty tab appears in the left menu of your Backoffice.
· From your Backoffice :
- Click on Data in the left menu of your Backoffice
- Click on Products / Formulas
- Click on the blue pen icon to the right of the product to which you want to assign loyalty points
- At the top of the screen, click on the Loyalty tab
- Enter the number of loyalty points accumulated by the client for the purchase of the product (ex : when he buys this product, he accumulates 5 points on his loyalty account)
Careful : if this product is also part of a loyalty offer, the cumulative points configured here will be added to the loyalty offer - Enter the value in points of the product : here you define how many points will be charged to the client’s loyalty account
- Click on Validate at the top right corner of the screen
Info : you can change at any time the allocation of loyalty points to a product by changing the values of points and products.
Info : you can also delete the loyalty points assigned to a product. To do this, simply leave the spaces “Loyalty points generated for each purchase” and “Product value in points” free.
· From your cash register :
- Click on My data on the left menu
- Click on Products
- Click on the product to which you want to assign loyalty points
