You want to manage happy hours daily ? Offer an item for sale only on weekends ? Change the price of your items during sales periods ?
You can now create as many customised price periods as you wish from your Backoffice for all or part of your items.
Once your price periods have been created, all you have to do is apply these periods directly to the product page of your items.
Please note, this functionality is only managed from the 7.05.000 version of the cash register application.
Creation of a price period
- From the main screen, click on Data and then on My periods
- Below the Price periods section, click on +
- Fill in the name of the period (ex : happy hour, winter sales…)
- Then, define the schedules you want to apply to this period using the scrollable list for each day of the week
Please note that you can create a maximum of 2 time solts per day. - Click on Validate
If you want to modify your price period, click on the pen to the right of the period concerned. Once your modifications are finished, click on Validate.
If you want to delete your price period, click on the bin to the right of the period concerned. Please note that this deletion will be permanent.
Then you must apply these price periods to your items.
Apply a price period to an item from the Backoffice
- From the main screen, click on Data and then on Products / Formulas
- Find the product to which you want to apply the price period and click on the pen to the right of it
- Click on the Price tab at the top of the product information sheet
The price period you have created then appears on all of your sales methods - For each sales method, indicate the grouping to which the item belongs and define its price for the period concerned
- Click on Validate at the top right corner of the screen
- Repeat this procedure for each product / formula concerned by this price period
Apply a price period to an item from the cash register
The creation of a price period can only be done from th Backoffice. However, you can apply these periods to your items directly from your cash register. To do so :
- From the main screen, click on My data and then on Products
- Find the product to which you want to apply the price period and select it
- Click on the Price tab at the top of the product information sheet

- Click on the validation button at the bottom right corner of the screen
- Repeat this procedure for each product / formula concerned by this price period
