Let’s see how to apply a discount or offer an item of the ticket or on the whole ticket.

Offer an item

1. Open a new ticket
2. Select the item you want to add to the ticket
3. Click on the item you want to offer
4. Click on Offer

Trick : if you want to cancel the offer on an item, select the item and click on No longer offer.

Apply a discount

1. Open a new ticket
2. Select the item you want to add to the ticket
3. Click on the item on which you want to apply a discount
4. Click on Discount
5. Indicate the discount amount
6. Indicate if you want to apply the discount to the whole bill, if not the discount is only applied to the selected item
7. Validate

Trick : if you want to cancel the discount on an item, select the item , click on Discount, indicate 0% and validate.
