Order input
From the main screen :
- Click on Orders
- Click on + on the bottom right corner of the screen
If the orders’ management if activated on several sales mode, you have to select one sales mode - Select or create your client
If you’ve activated the delivery management on the selected sales mode, then you choose a delivery address and create several delivery addresses for a single customer, for example “Office”,”Home”… - Select the products ordered by your client
You can use all the product editing functions by clicking directly on it when it appears on your order on the right of the screen (present, discount, price changes, comments…). You can also scan the barcodes of your products from this screen. - Click on Validate order
- Fill in the date, the hour or the time slot
- Click on the Information tab at the top of the screen
You can write a particular message about the order, change the order status, change the customer or the delivery address - Click on Validate to complete the order
You can now check and add extra products to your order before validate.
Your order is then validate and you can print it on ticket or A4 size.
Cash a deposit for an order
It’s possible to cash a partial payment, a total deposit or several deposits for an order. This deposit will be automatically deducted when the customer will come to pick up his order, a bill will be generated and if the deposit is full, you’ll only have to validate the cashing, if the deposit is partial, your customer will have to complete his payment.
· Entering a deposit before the validation of an order
Enter an order as indicated above.
On the add product screen of your order :
- Click on Down payment, at the top right corner of the screen
- Select the payment method and indicate the amount
- Click on Cash to validate the down payment
Your deposit is then cashed and you can see it on your customer’s account. This one will be deducted from the final bill and your customer will complete with a second payment method if necessary.
· Entering a deposit after the validation of an order
From the main screen :
- Click on Orders
- Select the order and click on the pen at the top right corner of the screen
- Click on Down payment, at the top right corner of the screen
- Select the payment method and indicate the amount
- Click on Cash to validate the down payment
Your deposit is then cashed and you can see it on your customer’s account. This one will be deducted from the final bill and your customer will complete with a second payment method if necessary.
Cancel a deposit on an order
· Cancellation of a deposit on a non-canceled order
From the main screen :
- Click on Orders
- Select the order and click on the pen at the top right corner of the screen
- Click on Down payment
- Click on the bin next to the deposit you want to cancel and select the payment method you will use to refund your customer
- Click on Cash to finish the operation
The deposit is now canceled.
· Cancellation of a deposit on a canceled order
From the main screen :
- Click on Customers
- Search for the customer’s name and open the client’s card
- Click on the Customer account tab
- Select the deposit and click on Refund
- Select the payment method you will use to refund your customer
- Click on Refund to finish the operation
The deposit is now canceled.
Change an order status
From the main screen :
- Click on Orders
- Search for the order thanks to the calendar and filters and then select the order
- Click on the flag at the top right corner of the screen and choose the new order status
You can write a comment following this changing of status. This comment is not mandatory but will be visible when you’ll click on the three little dots at the top right corner and on History
Cashing an order
From the main screen :
- Click on Orders
- Search for the order thanks to the calendar and filters and then select the order
- Click on the $ icon at the top of the screen and click on Cash
- Select a payment method to complete the cashing. If a deposit has been entered at the time of the order registration, this one appears on the cashing screen and your customer must complete his payment.
The order is now cashed and appears in your order’s history as “Closed”.
