Configuration of the information from the note

All the operations linked to the creation or modification must be done when your cash register is connected to the Internet.
This information is required when you open a note. This is customizable and allows you to adapt the app to your business.

Create an Information from the note

  1. From the main screen, click on My data > Information from the note
  2. Click on +, at the bottom right corner of the screen
  3. Indicate the name of the note information
    For a restaurant, you can create an info note “Table number” or “Number of covers”
    For a fast-food or a food-truck, you can create an info note “Order number” or “Delivery address”
  4. Indicate if it’s a Digital information
    The information can only be a number, such as a table number for example. Otherwise, the information will be text.
  5. Indicate if it’s a Combined information
    Example : table numbers are not combined but the number of covers yes !
  6. Select the sale method(s) on which this info note must be asked.
    Make the information mandatory if it must be entered to continue the cashing. This often avoids forgetting to indicate an important information for your statistics.
  7. Click on Validate to create your info note

Your information from the notes are now configured and will automatically be asked at each new opening of a ticket.

 

Archive / Delete an Information from the note

You have two possibilities to remove an information note when opening a new ticket : archiving or permanent deletion.

· Archiving an Information from the note

Archiving an information from the note allows you to make it disappear when opening a new ticket while keeping it in your data so you can reuse it later.

  1. From the main screen, Click on My data > Information from the note
  2. Choose the Information form the note to archive
  3. Click on it for 2 seconds
  4. Click on To archive

The information from the note remains in your data, it appears in grey and no longer appears when opening a new ticket.
For unarchiving the information from the note, you must to the same operation and click on Activate.

· Deleting an Information from the note

Before deleting an information from the note, you must archive this one first.
The deletion of an information from the note allows you to make it disappear when opening a new ticket and also to remove it from your data. This one will still be in your Invoice history and also in your sale statistics.

  1. From the main screen, click on My data > Information from the note
  2. Choose the Information from the note to archive
  3. Click on it for 2 seconds
  4. Click on To archive
  5. Click again for 2 seconds on the information from the note
  6. Click on Delete

The information from the note is then definitively deleted from your data.
