Connecting printers on connected devices in MultiPOS

How to connect one or more printers to my connected device in MultiPOS ?

Connecting one or more printers to your connected device (Smartphone, Android tablet…) allows you to send your preparation orders directly to the bar / kitchen / terrace or desserts depending on the progress of the order from your connected device.
Thanks to this functionality, you lose less time and you can print all your tickets from your connected device (sending preparation orders, receipts, invoices…).
This functionality is limited to connecting 5 printers simultaneously on your device.

Connection from your connected device :

There are two ways to connect a printer to your device : local printer or remote printer.

  • Remote printer : the printer is already connected to your main cash register, you don’t have to re-enter the printer settings on your device
  • Local printer : the printer is not connected to your main cash register yet, you need to enter the printer settings on your device
