Cancellation / Reversal of a ticket – MiniPOS

You made a mistake on your ticket ? Whether it is an error on the detail of products or an error in the selected mean of payment, you can reverse / cancel a ticket before re-entering it correctly. For that :

  1. From the Tickets history screen, select the date and the time slot
  2. Click on the three bars in front of the ticket you want to reverse
  3. Click on Reversal
  4. Click on Validate

Your ticket is now reversed / cancelled. A new negative ticket is generated and printed.
